How can I use my gift card?
Your salon gift card
can be used to purchase professional salon services or hair care
products. Purchases will be deducted
from your gift card until there is no remaining value.
Does my gift card expire?
Our gift cards do not expire.*
Will I be charged any dormancy or service fees?
Our gift cards do not have any dormancy or service fees.
What denominations are available?
When ordering
a gift card online, you may choose any denomination from $10 to
$500. When purchasing a gift card in our salons,
the denominations vary by location and salon brand.
How can I check the balance on my gift card?
You may check your balance online, at any participating salon,
or by calling 1-877-887-3447.
Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards cannot be returned.
What if I loose my card, or it gets damaged or stolen?
We
will replace remaining values on cards that are lost, stolen or
damaged only if you provide a receipt. If you have your
receipt from your gift card purchase, please call 952-947-7777
and ask for Customer Relations to obtain a replacement card.
I received a salon gift card, but don’t know of
